When I requested this book I thought ok here we go with
healthier eating, which is going to be a struggle with my son. He has a pallet issue
and doesn’t like to try new things. To my surprise there were meals in there
that fit his needs. Not only did they fit his needs, they fit everyone in my
houses unique eating habits. When talking about a cookbook it’s really hard to
say anything good or bad about it because you don’t try every meal. However,
this book was on point. It isn’t just a healthier way of eating, it’s a family
project. Many times I have tried to get my son to interact with cooking and he
was never interested. This read helped me introduce not only new foods, but
hands on cooking.
I received this book from www.bloggingforbooks.com
