Things we lost in the fire By Mariana Enriquez

A book filled with so many stories to tell. There were such sad moments at times that it sent chills down my spine. I felt something for characters that I found to be personal. A little creepy if you ask me, but at moments the book takes you to a place where you feel as if you can picture the whole scene. It's such an easy read, but can be disturbing at times. Each character represented the diversity we have in the world. Not one character was like another. They all had a unique place in the book. I shared this read with my wife who loved it, but suggested my teenage daughter don't read it any time soon, due to the nature of some of the stories. It's a great read for anyone who likes a creepy and suspenseful read. I received my book from www.bloggingforbooks.com a wonderful website!
